Product & Maintenance Agreements
Gold
Customers receive an annual spring check of all equipment. This service includes the replacement of maintenance parts "as needed" at no charge including the o-ring, baskets, filter element and non-shock card. All other repairs that are needed which are not covered by this agreement will receive priority scheduling and a 5% discount on parts and labor. This service also Includes a preventative maintenance equipment evaluation including a DE filter interior inspection maintenance before swim season begins. $15 per month and up.
Platinum
Customers receive everything in the Gold Signature package in addition to 10% off all repairs of existing equipment and 10% off all new equipment. This also includes salt system cleaning twice per year. $25 per month and up.
Diamond Signature
Customers have 100% coverage of all standard equipment. We will repair or replace all Equipment in kind at no cost to client. This service requires specific plan coverage to be quoted. $40 per month and up.
